Years of experience giving presentations has proven to me that group work can work wonders, especially moving a group toward a common goal.
Finding the right speaker can be a challenge. I have organized dozens of events, from small hour sessions to large, multi-day events. Those events taught me that the success of the event relies on the quality of the speakers.
That knowledge has helped develop and guide my talks. I use my skills as a teacher (> 20 years) and coach (> 33 years) to help the audience have an enjoyable and engaging event, while helping the organizers shine.
Do you know coaches who are struggling? Are you looking for ways to help coaches excel and get to the next level?
Wanted to let you know that I attend several conference a year and your presentation has been my favorite! Thank you for sharing and providing a unique way to look at coaching that makes me proud to be a coach. Your presentation made me laugh, cry and overall was inspiring. -Coach Erin C.
Through my work I’ve been recognized as an authoritative voice on how to help coaches, athletes, and administrative-types discover ways to reclaim their joy, improve their focus, and reinvent their approach to coaching and sports.
