Years of experience giving presentations has proven to me that group work can work wonders, especially moving a group toward a common goal.
Finding the right speaker can be a challenge. I have organized dozens of events, from small hour sessions to large, multi-day events. Those events taught me that the success of the event relies on the quality of the speakers.
That knowledge has helped develop and guide my talks. I use my skills as a teacher (> 20 years) and coach (> 33 years) to help the audience have an enjoyable and engaging event, while helping the organizers shine.
